Ulsoor lake (Halasuru Lake) is one of the oldest lakes in Bangalore. Sir Lewin Bentham Bowring, Bangalore's commissioner at the time, designed Ulsoor Lake. It has a total land area of 123.6 acres. It is one of Bangalore's most popular tourist attractions. Ulsoor Lake is surrounded by lush foliage, creating a tranquil ambiance.

August and September for the major Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations, and October to February for the post-monsoon season.

There is no entrance cost.
