Madhavpur festival celebrates the beautiful moments of Lord Krishna and Rukshmani’s journey which starts from Arunachal Pradesh to Gujarat. Dance-dramas based on Rukmini-Krishna legends from Arunachal and Manipur and folk dance. People from all over Gujarat and neighboring states come to Madhavpur to attend this Porbandar Mela and take part in the celebrations.
